Complaints & Appeals
As a third-party inspection body in the TÜRKAK accreditation process, we evaluate complaints and appeals about our services through an independent and transparent process.

We evaluate your complaints and appeals according to the process below. The procedure is conducted — as required by the ASİS UK Quality Management System — by an independent panel that has no connection to the submission.

Receiving and Evaluating Complaints and Appeals
In accordance with ASİS UK procedure ASİS-RF-KY-004.
Submission
Submit your complaint or appeal to ASİS UK via the web form below, email, phone, in person, or post/courier.
Acknowledgement
Within: 5 business daysYour submission is forwarded to the Quality Department (kalite@asisuk.co.uk) and an acknowledgement is sent to you within 5 business days.
Preliminary Analysis
The Quality Management Representative consults the responsible operations lead and decides whether to take the submission forward.
Panel Formation
An independent evaluation panel is formed from competent personnel who have no connection to the submission; their Confidentiality, Independence and Impartiality Declarations are reviewed.
First Decision
Within: 20 business daysThe panel conducts the necessary interviews, reviews the records, and issues its decision within at most 20 business days. The decision is communicated to you together with a Corrective Action Report.
Appeal Window
Within: 5 business daysIf you are not satisfied with the first decision, you may submit an appeal within 5 business days of being notified.
Final Decision
Within: 10 business daysThe Complaints and Appeals Board reconvenes, re-examines all evidence, and issues a final decision within at most 10 business days. The result is communicated to you in writing by the Quality Management Representative.
Online Submission Form
Your submission is forwarded to the Quality Department immediately. You will receive an acknowledgement within 5 business days, and a first decision within at most 20 business days.
